Banana Health Shake

Serves 2

2 bananas
2 cups Anchor Non Fat Milk
2 tsp wheat germ
½ cup natural yoghurt
1 tsp lemon juice
Ground cinnamon

Place banana, milk, wheat germ, yoghurt and lemon juice into a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve in tall glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Banana/Pineapple Yoghurt Shake

Serves 2

1 banana
½ cup Anchor Non Fat milk
1 240g can pineapple (crushed)

In a blender combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into serving glasses.

Blueberry Yoghurt Shake

Serves 2

½ cup natural yoghurt
1 cup Anchor Non Fat milk
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve.

Kiwifruit Cooler

Serves 2

1 cup Anchor Non Fat milk
2 tbsp liquid honey
3 kiwifruit peeled and chopped

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice into long glasses.

Strawberry Delight

Serves 1

¾ cup Anchor Non Fat milk
¾ cup strawberries
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp vanilla essence

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a long glass.

Tropical Milk

Serves 2

1 cup Anchor milk
½ small pawpaw peeled, seeded and chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice

Place milk, pawpaw and lemon juice into a blender. Blend until smooth and add lemon juice.

Apricot Shake

Serves 2

¾ cup canned apricots
½ cup Anchor milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup vanilla ice cream

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses.

Peanut Butter and Banana Milk Shake

Serves 2

1½ cups Anchor milk
1 banana
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tsp honey
¼ tsp vanilla
3 ice cubes

Combine milk, banana, peanut butter, honey and vanilla in blender. Cover and blend 1 minute on medium speed or until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes, cover and blend 1 minute on high speed or until frothy.

Strawberry/Orange Milk Shake

Serves 2

1 cup strawberries
½ banana
1 cup orange juice
½ cup Anchor milk

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smoothly blended. Pour the shake into 2 tall glasses and serve.

Peachy Dream Yoghurt Shake

Serves 4

3 peaches peeled and pitted
1 banana
2 cups Anchor milk
1 cup natural yoghurt
¼ tsp almond essence

Blend all ingredients together and serve garnished with mint leaves.

Chocolate Milk Cooler

Serves 1

1 cup Anchor milk
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp sugar

Place milk, cocoa, vanilla and sugar in blender. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

Chocolate Milk Shake

Serves 1

1 cup Anchor milk
¼ cup chocolate flavoured syrup
1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Place 1 cup milk and ¼ cup chocolate-flavoured syrup in blender. Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. Cover and blend until smooth.

To make a caramel milk shake, substitute caramel syrup for chocolate syrup.

Honey/Peanut Butter Milk Shake

Serves 2

1½ cups Anchor Milk
½ cup smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.

Caffe Frappe

Serves 2

1 cup strong black coffee, chilled
2 cups Anchor milk
4 ice cubes

Pour chilled coffee into tall glasses, add ice cubes then top with milk. Stir. Sweeten if desired.

Delicious Coffee Milk Shake

Serves 2

2 cups Anchor milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp instant coffee
3 tbsp vanilla ice cream

Add ingredients in blender in order given and mix at high speed until blended. Pour into frosted glasses.

Vanilla Milk Shake

Serves 2

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1½ cups Anchor milk
1½ tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.

Milo Smoothie

Serves 1

1 banana
½ cup Anchor milk
3 tbsp Milo

Whiz all ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a large glass and serve.

The 'Whatever' Fruit Smoothie Sensation

Serves 1

1 cup Anchor milk
1 piece of fruit ('whatever' - try banana or peach or ½ cup strawberries)
½ cup fruit yoghurt (try different flavours)

Whiz all ingredients together in a blender and serve.
