Kiwifruit CoolerServes 2 1 cup Anchor Non Fat milk Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice into long glasses. Strawberry DelightServes 1 ¾ cup Anchor Non Fat milk Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a long glass. Tropical MilkServes 2 1 cup Anchor milk Place milk, pawpaw and lemon juice into a blender. Blend until smooth and add lemon juice. Apricot ShakeServes 2 ¾ cup canned apricots Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses. Peanut Butter and Banana Milk ShakeServes 2 1½ cups Anchor milk Combine milk, banana, peanut butter, honey and vanilla in blender. Cover and blend 1 minute on medium speed or until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes, cover and blend 1 minute on high speed or until frothy. Strawberry/Orange Milk ShakeServes 2 1 cup strawberries Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smoothly blended. Pour the shake into 2 tall glasses and serve. Peachy Dream Yoghurt ShakeServes 4 3 peaches peeled and pitted Blend all ingredients together and serve garnished with mint leaves. Chocolate Milk CoolerServes 1 1 cup Anchor milk Place milk, cocoa, vanilla and sugar in blender. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth. Serve immediately. Chocolate Milk ShakeServes 1 1 cup Anchor milk Place 1 cup milk and ¼ cup chocolate-flavoured syrup in blender. Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. Cover and blend until smooth.
